What Welfare Wave Network Provides:
Medical and Financial Assistance:
- Access exclusive financial and medical aid by presenting your digital ID through the Welfare Wave Network mobile app for identification.
- Submit required documents such as medical abstracts, doctor’s certification, and prescription official receipts.
Burial Assistance:
- Ease the burden during difficult times with burial assistance.
- Provide necessary documents like the death certificate, barangay certification as proof of death, and official receipts.
Disaster Relief Programs:
- Receive swift aid during disasters by presenting your digital ID.
- Share proof of devastation, along with barangay certification of total damage.
Food Assistance:
- Combat food insecurity with our exclusive food assistance program.
- Justify your need with proper documentation and a Barangay Certification.
Community Development Projects:
- Participate in uplifting your community through nominated projects.
- Community leaders, community directors, and community managers will nominate locations, where there are a huge number of members for development through raffles and deliberation by the Board of Directors.
- The Board of Directors will plan the project, and deliberate before implementation and execution.
- BODs or the community leaders will ask for the courtesy to the chosen beneficiary location and discuss about the project.
Educational Assistance Programs:
- Support the education of deserving members by presenting your digital ID.
- Provide school credentials and a Barangay Certification confirming attendance.
Medical & Outreach Mission:
- Engage in impactful medical and outreach missions.
- Community leaders will nominate locations for missions where there are a huge number of members and there will be raffle to choose.
- Focusing on medical and dental care, child and elderly support, free check-ups, dental extractions, feeding programs, and more.
How It Works:
Stay informed about our Social Services Assistance schedule through our social media accounts. Announcements usually occur every 20th of the month or quarterly. Services operate on a first-come, first-served basis, with the first 50 listed during the schedule being prioritized.
Requirements:
- Meet specific requirements for each assistance program, ensuring you have the necessary documentation. Always carry your digital ID through the Welfare Wave Network mobile app partner for swift identification.
- Be an active member and accumulate at least 2 points each month by influencing a new community member and bring into our network or be an active affiliate to Welfare Wave Network Shop.
